Job Description:

Interim People Director, Reward + Analytics

Hybrid working: 2–3 days onsite in London

Salary to £110K | 12-Month FTC | Global Scope | Aug 2025 Start

Are you a senior People leader with expertise in reward, compensation & benefits, people analytics, and performance management? Our client has an opportunity for a People Director (Reward & Analytics) to join a globally recognised creative business on a 12-month FTC basis.

This is a strategic HR leadership role with real global impact. Reporting into the Group CPO and working cross-functionally with People teams across global markets, you’ll lead the annual reward cycle, manage global salary benchmarking using data from leading compensation survey providers, and partner with the parent company on job architecture mapping and EU pay transparency compliance (ahead of 2026 legislation).

You’ll drive insights through HRIS, oversee compensation data integrity, and support performance strategy. You’ll collaborate with senior regional stakeholders to translate analytics into business-aligned people decisions.

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded HR generalist with a proven track record in global reward strategy, compensation frameworks, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level. Experience navigating matrixed environments—ideally within large, creative or consultancy-led businesses—is a must.

If you have the required experience and are available to start a 1-year contract in August, we’d love to hear from you.
