Overview

Payroll Manager – 6 – 12 month – London – Hybrid – up to £60,000 per annum

Oakleaf Partnership is delighted to be partnering with an Education provider, looking for an experienced Payroll Manager, on a 6-12 month FTC basis. This role will lead end to end UK payroll operations, and is on a hybrid basis consisting of 1 day per week, based in their Northwest London office.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end UK payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery, including reviewing and verifying payroll data and ensuring accuracy of employee payroll information. Manage the relationship with our payroll provider, to ensure seamless service.
  • Act as the first point of contact with our external payroll provider and liaise with 3rd party payroll/pension providers.
  • Review internal payroll processes and look for continuous improvement opportunities and support the documentation of end-to-end payroll related processes
  • Review Payroll data requirements and reporting requirements for internal reporting and external payroll reporting and implement new reporting where required
  • Partner with Finance and other stakeholders on payroll communication, reconciliation activities and other activities as required
