Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a fast-growing, privately owned, project-based business in West Byfleet to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller on an initial 6-month interim basis, part-time (3 days a week). The role covers management accounts, project accounting and cash flow management to stabilise and grow the finance function.

Ideally, candidates will have experience in construction, property, housebuilding, manufacturing or other project-based SME sectors and enjoy

I’m working exclusively with a fast-growing, privately owned project-based business in West Byfleet that is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager / Financial Controller to join them on an initial 6-month interim basis. The business has grown rapidly with multiple live projects.

You’ll be helping to build and shape the finance function, including:

• Management accounts & reporting
• Project accounting
• Cash flow & working capital
• Bringing the accounts up to date
• Supporting the development of the finance function

Ideally, you’ll have experience within construction, property, housebuilding, manufacturing or another project-based SME.
