A leading care consultancy firm is seeking experienced Ofsted Interim Managers/Consultants to join their team on a self-employed basis. The role requires leading children's services through transitions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting Good/Outstanding inspections. Qualifications

• Have previous experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations & Quality Standards.
• Ability to lead teams during transitions and improvement phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead services through Ofsted registration and inspection readiness.
