Job description

Are you passionate about digital marketing, customer education and driving product adoption at scale?

We’re working with a leading global technology business looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead partner education and scaled learning initiatives across the UK and international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to combine marketing strategy, digital learning and customer insight to transform complex product capabilities, new launches and regulatory changes into engaging educational experiences that build confidence, drive product adoption and accelerate business growth.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of the partner education strategy, developing and delivering scalable, digital‑first learning programmes across multiple channels and international markets.

Working closely with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing and other cross‑functional teams, you’ll create engaging learning journeys that support customer onboarding, improve product adoption and strengthen long‑term partner relationships.

From webinars and interactive walkthroughs to automated learning campaigns, you’ll build the frameworks and content strategies needed to deliver impactful education at scale.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead digital education initiatives: Develop and deliver multi‑format learning experiences, including live and on‑demand webinars, interactive walkthroughs, self‑guided tutorials and short‑form educational content.
  • Develop engaging content: Translate technical product updates, workflow challenges and regulatory changes into practical educational experiences that improve user confidence and product adoption.
  • Drive cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, Product Enablement and Growth Marketing teams, alongside external agencies and production partners.
  • Optimise customer journeys: Integrate educational content into automated marketing campaigns, onboarding journeys and ongoing customer lifecycle programmes.
  • Build scalable marketing frameworks: Develop repeatable processes, modular content strategies and efficient production models to deliver localised programmes across multiple countries.
  • Measure commercial performance: Track the impact of education initiatives on customer activation, product adoption, retention, pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Leverage data and innovation: Use analytics, customer feedback, automation and AI‑powered tools to optimise campaign performance and improve content production efficiency.
What we're looking for:
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS, fintech or multi‑product technology environments, with a focus on marketing, customer education or partner adoption.
  • Experience in Partner or Channel Marketing, Customer Education, Product Marketing or Growth Marketing.
  • A proven ability to connect marketing and education initiatives to measurable business outcomes, including product adoption, retention and revenue growth.
  • Strong customer and partner insight, with the ability to quickly understand technical product workflows and regulatory developments.
  • Hands‑on experience developing digital content and learning programmes across multiple platforms, managing external vendors and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Experience embedding educational content into automated lifecycle marketing, onboarding and wider go‑to‑market strategies.
  • A track record of delivering localised marketing or education programmes across international markets, using automation and AI tools to improve scalability and efficiency.
