Overview

Panoramic Associates is partnered with a Care Home in Kent, recruiting an interim Registered Manager to join them ASAP. This is a 5 day per week role in a complex needs service.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on day-to-day operations of running the home - managing records, documentation, audits, etc.
  • Drive improvement and support staff to provide high quality care.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Experience working in a turnaround role is preferable
  • Excellent CQC understanding is essential
  • DBS on the Update Service preferred
  • Must be able to start ASAP
Compensation/Start

Paid on a competitive day rate inside iR35.
