Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Compliance / Contracts Manager to lead M&E programmes, manage contracts and drive statutory compliance within a social housing setting. The role focuses on lifts and electrical compliance and requires strong project and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing M&E compliance contracts.
• Experience with lifts and electrical projects.
• Budget, stakeholder and customer management.
• Knowledge of building services and statutory compliance.
• Relevant qualification in M&E, engineering or asset management (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage M&E works programmes and projects from conception to completion.
• Contract manage lift and electrical compliance contractors.
• Audit contractor performance, certification and testing records.
• Carry out pre- and post-inspections for quality and specification.
• Prepare specifications, schedules of work and tender documents.
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and project delivery.
• Provide technical advice on M&E, building services and maintenance.
• Manage resident and stakeholder relationships and meetings.
