Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager for St Pierre Park Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This live-in role leads restaurant, bar and event service to the highest standards, guiding a team across all F&B outlets.

The temporary, full-time position is 40 hours per week, five days out of seven, with an immediate start and a contract through mid-December 2026. Salary starts at £50,000 plus service charge and great colleague benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive F&B management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Strong guest service and quality standards.
• Comfortable with live-in arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar and events service to the highest standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team.
• Ensure consistent presentation and guest experiences.
• Manage rota and 40-hour weeks across 5 days.
