Interim Legal Counsel - 3 / 6 months

Immediate start

Hybrid working, occasional travel to the West Midlands office

We're working with a well-established UK organisation seeking an experienced commercial solicitor to support their in-house legal function on a 3 - 6 month interim basis.

This role offers a great opportunity to work closely with the team and provide key legal support during a busy and transitional period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts (including procurement, IT, and service agreements)
• Advising on data protection and privacy compliance matters
• Supporting with intellectual property queries and general legal risk management
• Assisting with internal policies, governance, and process improvements

About you:

• UK Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial contracts
• Able to hit the ground running
• Available to start on short notice
