We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager (4 days a week) to work in London with a hybrid/remote setup for a leading technology brand. The role pays £550-600 per day inside scope.
The Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for building organisational capability to support business change. This includes ensuring employees, leaders, and Change Leaders have the skills and knowledge to support transformation. Key responsibilities include supporting the mobilisation of the Change Hub, onboarding and developing Change Champions, and enhancing change maturity across the organisation through structured learning pathways and capability-building programs.
You will partner with the Global Change Lead, Central & Functional Change Managers, and functional leaders to embed a learning culture that supports change maturity. Additionally, you will develop and implement learning interventions focused on change management, leadership, and business transformation, and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to prepare employees for change.
Candidates should have a proven background in Learning and Development within a global matrix environment, with experience designing initiatives to support change and transformation. Familiarity with onboarding, capability-building for change leaders and Change Champions, instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and digital learning platforms is essential.
Excellent stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to influence and engage at a senior level. The candidate must be able to start on short notice and commit to the contract duration.
