Job summary

1st Executive Ltd is seeking an experienced Interim IT Commercial Manager to take immediate ownership of a portfolio of Digital and Technology contracts from Worthing, with 1–2 days on site and a 6-month assignment. The role focuses on supplier negotiations, complex IT pricing and governance in a dynamic digital framework.

You will lead negotiations, review terms, manage risk, and act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across Digital, Technology, Finance, Procurement and Legal.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in IT/Digital commercial management.
• Proven track record negotiating high-value software and managed services.
• Strong commercial acumen in risk, pricing and cost optimisation.
• Ability to challenge and advise senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience designing or improving commercial governance and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT commercial management across software, tech and services.
• Review and negotiate commercial terms including pricing, SLAs, and transition.
• Act as trusted adviser to senior stakeholders on cost and value.
• Oversee supplier relationships, performance and pricing models.
• Help implement a major Digital Framework with sourcing and approvals.
• Establish governance templates and controls for long-term legacy.
