Description

  • Oversee tax compliance processes, ensuring adherence to UK tax regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external advisors and tax authorities.
  • Provide guidance on tax implications for business transactions.
  • Lead the preparation of tax returns and related filings.
  • Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate tax reporting.
  • Support ad hoc tax-related projects and initiatives.

Profile

A successful Interim Senior Tax Manager should have:

  • Ideally CTA or ACA qualified.
  • Proven experience across Direct & some Indirect Taxes within the UK
  • International experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and leadership capabilities.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of £78,000 to £85000.
  • Fixed-term contract for 12 months
  • 2 to 3 days per week in the office
