Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Conveyancing & Transaction Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of plot sale transactions for a well-known house builder in Hampshire. You will manage the end-to-end sale process, prepare contract packs, handle enquiries, coordinate exchanges and drive successful completions.

The role requires a minimum of three years in plot sales or residential conveyancing, with strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and the ability to commute to Hampshire 2-3 days per week.

• Minimum three years in plot sales or residential conveyancing with detailed knowledge of the residential property environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of conveyancing processes is essential.
• Ability to commute to Hampshire 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sale process, including preparing contract packs, handling enquiries, coordinating exchanges and completion.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, home ownership schemes and incentive programmes.
• Maintain accurate file management in a paperless environment and plan workloads accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the business to support busy periods.
• Develop expertise in conveyancing processes and participate in training.
