Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end procurement projects.

• Strong commercial awareness and procurement strategy development skills.
• Experience using eTendering platforms such as Delta or Mercell.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-market engagement activities.
• Advise on appropriate routes to market.
• Develop procurement strategies and support governance approvals.
• Support the development of procurement documentation.
• Act as a critical friend during specification development.
• Design commercial models and pricing schedules.
• Support the development of technical evaluation questions and weightings.
• Manage procurement exercises through Delta/Mercell eTendering.
• Manage supplier communications and market engagement.
• Handle procurement clarifications.
• Facilitate competitive dialogue processes where required.
• Managing evaluation activities and moderation sessions.
• Support award recommendations and governance approvals.
• Assist with contract mobilisation and handover activities.
