Position: Interim Director of People

Location: Glasgow

Duration: 9 months FTC

Our client, a significant public sector organisation, is seeking an Interim Director of People to join its Executive Team for a 9-month period to cover maternity leave.

We are looking for an experienced HR leader who has operated at an executive director level to join an ambitious and driven executive team. You will utilize your commercial thinking and share your experience of best practices and innovative approaches to lead a culture of high performance. Experience within a complex, unionized environment is essential.
