Interim Human Resources Business Partner

Join a global market leader in manufacturing—an industry pioneer with a reputation for excellence. This organisation is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to key corporate functions, primarily Finance and Corporate Services (c. 200 employees).

The Role:

As part of an established HR function, you’ll deliver a holistic business partnering service, influencing senior stakeholders and embedding HR best practices in a matrix-driven environment. Some leaders require education on the true value of HR, making this role ideal for a resilient, confident, and commercially savvy HR professional.

What You’ll Need:

  1. Proven HRBP experience in a complex, matrixed organisation
  2. Exceptional stakeholder management skills—influencing, coaching & challenging senior leaders
  3. Confidence to navigate resistance and drive engagement across UK & global teams
  4. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
