** Interim HRIS Implementation Consultant – Twyford/Hybrid - £400 to £475 per day
Circa 6 months (full-time/part-time, dependent on project stage) **

About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HRIS Consultant to lead the implementation of the CIPHR system, including HR and payroll modules. The role will span from pre-contract preparation through to go-live, supporting the organisation at every stage. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth implementation aligned with organisational goals.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing system specifications and vendor responses to identify risks and gaps
• Supporting the formation of a robust project plan with clear milestones and deliverables
• Collaborating with internal teams (HR, Finance, IT) and the software vendor
• Overseeing data cleansing, mapping, and migration activities
• Supporting system integration with existing payroll and pupil records systems
• Documenting key decisions and ensuring process transparency
• Conducting process reviews and identifying workflow automation opportunities
• Coordinating user acceptance testing and training roll-out plans
• Equipping internal teams to train end-users effectively

About the Successful Applicant:
You will bring proven experience of delivering HRIS implementations, ideally involving CIPHR or similar platforms. Strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement, and a practical understanding of data migration, process mapping, and user training are essential.
