Job Description

The Associate HR Business Partner will be responsible for/to:

  • Providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of human resources matters
  • Partnering with managers to proactively support their business objectives
  • Using MI to drive HR initiatives
  • Manage a broad range of ER casework
  • Provide pragmatic, commercial advice
  • Support managers in driving learning & development opportunities within their teams

The Successful Applicant

The successful Associate HR Business Partner should have:

  • A generalist background ideally within an industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Strong HR employee relations knowledge
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach
  • Available to start a new role immediately or on very short notice
