MLC Partners are working with an NHS organisation in Kent who are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner, to join them on an initial 6-month contract.

This role can be paid at either a daily rate or a fixed-term salary.

The purpose of this role is to partner with senior leaders to provide expert strategic HR advice and coaching, enabling leaders to improve performance through their people, develop high engagement, and increase retention.

Main Responsibilities include:

  1. Be the first point of contact for all workforce issues within the business units.
  2. Support senior leaders within Divisions and Corporate areas in developing and implementing workforce strategies.
  3. Support and advise on Employee Relations (ER) issues.
  4. Act as an advocate for change and assist managers in workforce modernisation initiatives.

The successful candidate will have:

  1. The ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  2. Experience of Business Partnering within the NHS.
  3. Ability to develop and interpret HR policies and procedures.
  4. A proactive, customer-focused approach to delivering HR services.
  5. Experience in employee relations.

This role requires some travel, so a driving license and access to a vehicle are necessary. This position is considered inside IR35.
