Interim HR Manager - Property - London Hybrid - c70k pro rata

Working for a leading property firm, you will support the team during a busy time of integration. In this 7-month FTC, you will be responsible for:

1. Build trusted relationships with key operational stakeholders to deliver people strategy within divisional areas of responsibility.
2. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, providing robust commercial advice and guidance on policy and process, recommending appropriate solutions.
3. Proactively identify potential legal risks and partner with appropriate stakeholders to resolve and mitigate.
4. Manage complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance management.
5. Manage talent and succession planning with key operational stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with operational stakeholders to develop and implement employee engagement action plans.
7. Coach, lead, and line manage HR Advisors, ensuring delivery against objectives and the People Plan.
8. Shape, influence, and deliver a broad range of People projects, change initiatives, and calendar activities under the UK people strategy.
9. Produce people-related reports, conduct in-depth data analysis, create visual presentations, and provide management information to senior stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent, with experience in a generalist HR role within property or a similar environment. Experience in managing complex ER casework and line managing HR advisor teams is essential. You should be able to start on short notice and commit to working 3-4 days per week in the London office.
