Overview:
We are currently supporting a well-established organisation with the recruitment of an Interim HR Manager. This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced HR professional who can quickly step in to support the business with day-to-day HR operations, people initiatives, and strategic input as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on all HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and absence management.
- Lead or support on ongoing HR projects such as restructures, policy reviews, engagement initiatives, or system/process improvements.
- Ensure all HR practices are legally compliant and aligned with company policies.
- Support talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Coach and support line managers to develop people management capability.
- Produce HR reports and support senior leadership with data-led decision-making.
About You:- Proven experience in a similar HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor role.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 minimum preferred).
- Strong employment law knowledge and experience managing complex ER cases.
- Able to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
