Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique recherche un HR Manager intérimaire pour un contrat de 12 mois, basé à Hull. Vous serez responsable d'assurer la gestion des relations employés dans une organisation diversifiée et inclusive. Les candidats doivent avoir une solide expérience en gestion des cas ER et idéalement être qualifiés CIPD. Ce rôle est essentiel pour soutenir l'équipe lors d'un congé de maternité et commence dès septembre.

Qualifications

  • Expérience excellente dans la gestion des cas ER de A à Z.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome avec les gestionnaires.
  • Expérience dans le secteur de l'éducation souhaitée.

Responsibilities

  • Soutenir les gestionnaires avec la gestion des cas ER.
  • Surveiller l'absence du personnel et assister aux réunions de suivi.
  • Aider à la mise en œuvre des changements organisationnels.

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit an interim HR Manager, based in the Hull area.

Interim HR Manager

12 month FTC

Hull based

Full time

Up to 40k.

September start

As the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers a high quality and effective service across the full spectrum of HR, with a focus on Employee Relations.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work autonomously to support managers with ER casework.
  • Monitor staff absence including identifying employees who have hit absence review points.
  • Attend monitoring meetings, supporting leaders to have effective conversations.
  • Undertake absence related referrals as required.
  • Support leaders in implementing organisational changes.

We are looking for:

  • Excellent experience managing ER cases form start to finish.
  • Proven background working closely with managers, giving advice and guidance on ER related matters.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Ideally experience gained within Education or similar.
  • Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.

We are looking for a September start date to support with a maternity leave cover.
