Your new company
I am partnering with a highly meaningful organisation to recruit an interim HR Operations Manager / HR Consultant. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) for 6 months.
Your new role
This role is going to support with the delivery of my clients HR Operations across their Guildford and London office. In this generalist role, you will support with recruitment, HR advice, employee relations and wellbeing. You will also lead a small HR team, coaching and mentoring the junior HR members. There will also be some project work, including policy reviews.

My client is looking for candidates who have strong generalist experience, prior team leadership and able to hit the ground running!
What you'll get in return
