Job Description



  • Provide full operational HR support across a busy manufacturing environment


  • Manage complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations


  • Drive effective absence and performance management processes


  • Partner with operational leaders to deliver HR solutions aligned to business needs


  • Support line managers in all people-related matters, ensuring best practice is followed


  • Champion HR policies, processes, and compliance with employment legislation


  • Build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels


  • Deliver pragmatic HR advice in a fast-paced and evolving environment


The Successful Applicant



  • Proven HR experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment is essential


  • Strong employment relations knowledge with the ability to handle complex cases confidently


  • A pragmatic, commercial mindset with excellent communication and influencing skills


  • CIPD Level 5 qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)


  • Able to quickly build trust and credibility with teams and leaders


  • Resilient, solutions-focused, and able to manage competing priorities
