You will be joining a large organisation that is delivering a change programme across its structure. This is a hybrid working position based in central Oxford, requiring a flexible attitude towards office presence during consultation periods to ensure employees receive the best support possible.
Your new role
Working within an experienced HR team, your role will support senior leaders in delivering the programme through consultations, ensuring timelines are clear and met in accordance with policies and processes. You will provide advice and guidance, ensure employees receive timely updates, manage relevant correspondence, and support the TU consultation process.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience supporting HR change programmes is essential. You must be organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment, providing updates and progress reports as needed. Experience working in a unionized environment, with confidence in communicating with external TU representatives and fostering collaborative relationships during the delivery phase, is highly desirable.
