The Role

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing expert HR guidance and strategic solutions.

Lead and support business-wide change initiatives, including structural changes and organisational design.

Drive key HR processes such as pay reviews, talent management, succession planning, and engagement initiatives.

Oversee sensitive employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion.

Identify and implement people-focused initiatives aligned with the business strategic objectives.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to influence decision-making and foster a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices while keeping up with industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

Proven HR Expertise – Experience in HR business partnering within complex matrixed & commercial organisations.

Strong Employment Law Knowledge – Ability to navigate HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.

Change Management & ER Experience – Expertise in handling restructures, consultations, investigations, and formal ER processes. TUPE experience is a plus.

Analytical & Process-Driven – Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills, and the ability to manage HR systems effectively.
