  • Oversee recruitment processes to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward programmes to maintain competitiveness.
  • Drive organisational change initiatives and improve employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim HRBP should have:

  • Proven experience within the Human Resources function, ideally in the manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or Construction industries
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and data analytics tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A relevant degree or professional HR qualification is preferred.
