A council organization in London seeks an Interim Housing Project Manager for a 6-month contract. The role requires strong project management skills and experience in the housing sector, either from housing associations or local government. Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing risks, and liaising with senior stakeholders. The salary ranges from £450 to £500 per day, with hybrid working conditions, requiring 2-3 days on site in London.
An Interim Housing Project Manager is required for a council for 6 months. Candidates must have strong Project Management experience working on housing related projects, from either a Housing Association or a Council. This is not a technical housing role but requires strong Project Management and Project planning experience.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a critical housing project, drawing upon your extensive experience in the housing sector. Following some issues with a established housing development programme, as the Project Manager you will provide support on the project in order to track the project development, manage risk, liaise with senior stakeholders and help get the project back on track.
