Job summary

You will lead and develop the management and care teams, monitor safeguarding and quality processes, and implement practical improvement plans for sustainable change.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Home Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or equivalent senior care leader.
• Strong knowledge of CQC expectations, safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance.
• A confident and compassionate leadership style.
• Excellent communication, organisation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
