Job summary

Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp in West London is seeking two interim Accounts Payable Assistants for a hybrid, 3 days in the office arrangement. The role focuses on clearing a backlog post-ERP rollout, with end-to-end AP responsibilities and training on the new systems.

You will work in a busy team, processing supplier invoices, expenses, and reconciliations, while applying solid COA-driven coding and ensuring timely payment runs. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, high-volume AP processing experience.
• Understanding of end-to-end purchase-to-pay cycle.
• Confident GL coding against COA.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of supplier invoices and clear backlog.
• Code invoices to GL accounts manually.
• Handle supplier reconciliations and payment runs.
• Process factory-side transactions and landed costs.
• Review employee expense claims and supplier queries.
