Job summary

Principal People Recruitment is seeking an Interim Health and Safety Coordinator for an office-based role in Stourbridge. The contract initially runs for 3-6 months with a day rate to be agreed upon (Outside IR35).

You will support updating risk assessments, method statements and H&S policies, working closely with the Head of Health and Safety and external consultants. This position suits someone looking to progress in health and safety.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
• H&S experience in waste management, recycling, industrial, production, automotive or similar.
• Office-based role experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and IT literacy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available to start at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Support updating risk assessments, method statements and H&S policies.
• Assist with admin tasks for the Health and Safety function.
• Coordinate with H&S consultant and permanent staff.
• Work in an office-based setting in Stourbridge.
