An educational consultancy is supporting an SEN School in the North East of England to find an Interim Headteacher starting ASAP until Christmas. Responsibilities include working with the School Improvement team and overseeing operations. Candidates should have experience at Headship level in an SEN School and a trauma-informed approach. This role requires on-site presence 5 days a week, with a daily rate salary inside IR35.

Overview

Interim Headteacher - SEN School

Panoramic Associates is supporting an SEN School in the North East of England, who require an interim Headteacher starting ASAP until Christmas initially.

Responsibilities

• Work with the School Improvement team to drive improvement across the school and prepare for the next Ofsted inspection.
• Oversee operations and lead, develop and support the Senior Leadership Team with a trauma-informed approach.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience at Headship level in an SEN School.
• Trauma-informed approach and ability to apply this across the school.
• 5 days per week on-site is essential.
• DBS check on the Update Service would be preferable but not essential.
