Job summary

St Joseph's Hospice in London seeks an Interim Head of Supportive Care Services to lead and transform a diverse portfolio of services for people living with life-limiting illness and their loved ones.

As a senior leader, you will develop and deliver the supportive care strategy, forge partnerships, expand volunteer-led services and advocate for reducing health inequalities across East London.

Qualifications

• Qualified professional registered in health or social care.
• Significant senior leadership experience in palliative or supportive care.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex services.
• Strong planning and execution of service transformation.
• Proven ability to build partnerships across sectors and communities.
