We’re exclusively supporting a high-growth, standalone services business inManchesterseeking anInterim Head of FP&Ato take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles during a critical period of transformation and growth.

The Role

As a senior finance partner to the board and wider business, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading the end-to-endbudgeting and forecastingprocess
• Deliveringrobust financial planning and strategic analysis
• Providinghigh-quality reporting and insightto both internal stakeholders and PE investors
• Building dynamic financial models to support key commercial decisions
• Acting as thefinance leadin board meetings and investor updates
• Working independently with full autonomy in astandalonefinance planning role

About You

• Proven experience as aHead of FP&A, FP&A Manager or Senior Commercial Finance lead
• Background inPE-backedor high-growth businesses is essential
• Strong communicator able to influence and challenge at C-suite/board level
• Advanced Excel/modelling skills and strong business acumen
• Comfortable operating in ahands-on, stand-alonecapacity
