Main Duties:As Head of Finance, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the finance team and overseeing the companies financial strategy
- Leading all financial reporting and managing the finance team
- Creating and enforcing financial policies and ensuring compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements
- Managing external audits, compliance, inspections, and financial reporting
- Providing strategic financial planning, budgeting, scenario planning and risk analysis
- Advising senior stakeholders on financial decisions and performance
- Overseeing investment planning, fraud prevention, and cash flow management
- Managing relationships with key external financial partners and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the development of commercial and financial practices within the organisation
