Job Opportunity: Interim Head of Finance

Duration & Compensation: Initially 3 months - £400-450/day outside IR35 - Hybrid working (2 days per week in Edinburgh)

Organization Overview: We are partnering with a purpose-driven third sector organization experiencing significant growth and looking to appoint an Interim Head of Finance.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Preparing the organization for scaling
2. Creating robust financial controls
3. Streamlining financial reporting
4. Business planning, budgeting, and forecasting

This organization is small but impactful, seeking a qualified accountant who can make a meaningful contribution. Experience in a similar contract role, preferably within the third sector, is essential.
