Job summary

Go Fractional in Liverpool is seeking an experienced data leader to set the direction of the data function and align it with business goals. You will balance long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery and foster a high-performing team.

You'll champion trusted, governed data, partner with Technology and senior stakeholders, and enable data-led decision making to drive commercial outcomes for customers.

• Proven ability to develop and deliver a data strategy that supports objectives.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams.

• Experience supporting AI or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Familiarity with data products or self-service analytics approaches.

This is a highly collaborative role with visibility at senior leadership level.
