INTERIM CORPORATE LAWYER

GROUP LEGAL COUNSEL - [SENIOR] /REMOTE WORKING

6 MONTH CONTRACT

Immediate requirement for an interim Group Legal Counsel to manage corporate transactions for a leading Technology renewable business.

You will have a min of 15yrs PQE preferably including at least 5 years in a corporate team in private practice, plus a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior or head of legal/general counsel role.

Experience:

Extensive M&A and corporate experience, including managing complex due diligence processes, negotiation, execution of transactions and post-acquisition integration projects.

Extensive transaction experience in working with multiple internal and external stakeholders and managing multiple law firms.

Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and competition law and knowledge of all other relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.

Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex transactions and contracts.

Experience in providing legal advice within a commercial context.
