Job Description:

Our client, a large PE-backed global business, is looking for an Interim Group FP&A Director to support them for an initial 6 months, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role. The company's office is based just outside of Paris, France, with an expectation of being in the office 3 days a week.

Duration - 6 months initially

Location - Paris, France office 3 days a week (expenses paid)

Reporting to the CFO, this role offers an experienced individual the opportunity to lead the financial planning and analysis function, build a small FP&A team, and enhance financial strategy and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of group-wide business planning and performance processes
• Build out a small FP&A function, including people, processes, and systems
• Provide board-level planning, analysis, performance insights, and reporting
• Develop forecast and budgeting materials in Excel with a hands-on approach

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant
• Hands-on, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Global FP&A experience in a large, matrix international business is mandatory
• Experience working in a business with a turnover exceeding £500m is essential
• PE experience is necessary for this role
• This role is based in Paris
