Job summary

Investigo is seeking an experienced Interim Group Financial Controller to bridge the gap as the business transitions to a more sophisticated investor-backed environment. You will own the core financial control and reporting agenda and collaborate with the Finance Director on senior stakeholder management.

The role requires hands-on group reporting and consolidation experience, ownership of external audits, and strong cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience as Group/Interim Financial Controller.
• Experience with external audits.
• Experience in PE-backed, growth-investor-backed or leveraged environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the Group month-end close and financial reporting process.
• Lead Group consolidations and maintain balance sheet controls.
• Oversee bank covenant and lender reporting.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and liquidity reporting.
• Own the annual audit and be the main contact for external auditors.
• Oversee statutory reporting and financial controls.
• Drive improvements across reporting processes and controls.
• Provide leadership to the wider financial reporting team.
• Collaborate with FP&A and the Finance Director on investor reporting.
