Interim Group Financial Controller

Our client is a newly acquired PE backed portco, seeking an interim solution to lead the transformation of their Chart of Accounts. They are seeking a seasoned interim group FC / head of consolidations to plan, design and automate their group accounting function. You will work with IT to implement an automated consolidation tool and map the process and procedures to ensure that the 100 or so entities are consolidated on a monthly basis internationally.

This role is based in the city of London and requires an Interim to support the existing finance function for a period of 6–12 months. If you have experience of working within Financial services / Fintech that would be an advantage though not essential. It is likely that you will be a big 4 trained Chartered accountant with years of group accounting exposure within a large International PE environment. You will know what good looks like in terms of world class reporting and consolidation and understand the nuances of IFRS, international, multi-currency group reporting.

This role is offered outside of IR35 and is looking for an interim to start asap and work 3 days a week in the office and 2 from home office. If you have led a project of this magnitude previously and are familiar with group consolidation tools, process mapping and design, this is the role for you.

Excellent day rate plus expenses for the right candidate: £900 – 1400 per day. March start.
