JSS Search Limited is seeking an experienced interim finance professional to lead the first UK group consolidation process while supporting a debt refinancing project. This high-visibility role offers close collaboration with senior finance leadership and a chance to establish a new group reporting framework.

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in group accounting, consolidations or technical accounting.
• Strong IFRS and statutory reporting knowledge.
• Proven track record producing consolidated accounts for complex groups.
• Ability to work independently in a project-based environment.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams and shifting priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with refinancing, due diligence or corporate transactions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the preparation and delivery of group consolidations across multiple UK entities.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
• Support the production of consolidated financial statements and group reporting packs.
• Establish robust reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
• Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements.
• Support debt refinancing activities and lender due diligence requests.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting materials for senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with finance teams, auditors, advisers and group-level stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery to challenging timescales with minimal supervision.

JSS are partnering with a complex, multi-entity organisation undergoing a significant corporate restructuring programme. As part of this transformation, the business requires an experienced interim finance professional to lead its first UK group consolidation process while supporting a concurrent debt refinancing project. This is a highly visible assignment offering the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership and play a key role in establishing a new group reporting framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and delivery of group consolidations across multiple UK entities.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidation adjustments.
• Support the production of consolidated financial statements and group reporting packs.
• Establish robust reporting processes, controls and governance frameworks.
• Assist with statutory reporting and audit requirements.
• Support debt refinancing activities and lender due diligence requests.
• Prepare financial analysis and reporting materials for senior stakeholders.
• Liaise with finance teams, auditors, advisers and group-level stakeholders.
• Drive project delivery to challenging timescales with minimal supervision.

About You

• ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Extensive experience within group accounting, consolidations or technical accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
• Proven experience producing consolidated accounts across complex group structures.
• Ability to operate independently within a project-based environment.
• Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and managing competing priorities.

• Previous exposure to refinancing, due diligence or corporate transactions would be advantageous.
