Job summary

ITV is seeking an Interim Head of Consolidation and Reporting to lead the Group consolidation in FCCS, manage a team of Group Financial Accountants in Manchester, and drive complex transactions through IFRS reporting. This 12-month fixed-term role requires strong technical accounting skills and proven leadership in a fast-paced corporate finance environment.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with PQE.
• Experience leading consolidation in large, multinational groups.
• Hands-on use of Oracle FCCS for monthly closes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Group consolidation in FCCS and prepare balance sheet commentary.
• Line-manage and mentor the consolidation team.
• Account for acquisitions, disposals, and one-off transactions.
• Support annual report preparation and year-end processes.
• Manage relationships with global subsidiaries and internal stakeholders.
