Job summary

ITV is seeking an Interim Head of Consolidation and Reporting for a 12-month fixed-term role based in the UK, with hybrid working between Manchester and London and regular travel between sites. You will lead the Group consolidation and reporting function, overseeing a team of Group Financial Accountants and managing complex transactions during a period of strategic change.

Reporting to the Interim Global Head of Reporting, you will own the consolidation process, ensure accurate accounting for

Qualifications

Fully qualified ACA or ACCA with PQE.
Hands-on Oracle FCCS experience.
Experience in multi-currency consolidations for large entities.
Strong IFRS knowledge.
Proven line management experience.
Experience in fast-paced, challenging environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly Group consolidation process in FCCS with schedules and balance sheet commentary.
Line-manage and mentor the consolidation team of Group Financial Accountants.
Account for complex acquisitions, disposals and one-off transactions.
Assist with delivering the Group’s Annual Report and half-year reporting.
Manage relationships with ITV subsidiaries and guide international teams on group reporting.
Deliver FCCS system training for new team members.
Prepare timely forecasts, budgets and 5-year plans for Group reporting areas.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Group Tax, Treasury and FP&A.
Drive process and system improvements across consolidation and reporting framework.
