Job summary

Stanton House is exclusively supporting a large, international services business with the appointment of an Interim Group Accountant on an initial 12-month contract, based in London with hybrid working. This is a critical role within a complex multi-entity group, reporting to the Senior Manager, Group Finance, and offering exposure to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong technical accounting and group reporting experience.
• Experience in large multi-entity environments and IFRS reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare group financial reporting with robust analysis and commentary.
• Assist consolidated financial statements across a multi-entity group.
• Perform intercompany eliminations and consolidation adjustments.
• Develop technical accounting papers and IFRS reporting support.
• Analyze performance, risks and drivers; engage stakeholders.
• Support finance transformation and system improvements.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses for senior finance leadership.
