Job summary

LAW Absolute is seeking an Interim Senior Governance Manager for a hybrid London-based role. You will shape and embed governance within a global investment portfolio, advising senior leadership and delivering practical governance actions to completion.

The role blends strategic advisory work with hands-on delivery, requiring the ability to influence Boards and executives while driving outcomes across multi-entity structures.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing governance frameworks.
• Experience advising Boards and senior leadership.
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk management and controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted governance adviser to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Design, implement and continuously improve governance frameworks across a growing investment portfolio.
• Support the development and implementation of risk management and control frameworks.
• Provide governance advice on investment structures, partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Partner with Legal, Risk and Compliance teams on governance matters.
• Deliver governance training, briefings, and practical guidance to stakeholders.
• Maintain governance records, actions and documentation for decision-making and oversight.
• Provide company secretarial support where required.
