Job Description
What will this role achieve?
  • Drive simplification and automation of monthly reporting and routine processes to enable more time for value-added analysis
  • Lead and actively contribute to key projects within the Global Supply Finance & Procurement organization, including automation, sourcing, and other initiatives
  • Support activities related to Reporting, Planning & Forecasting, Performance Management, and Capital Evaluations
  • Conduct benchmarking exercises and share best practices to improve productivity and working capital
  • Assist in preparing presentations for Executive Committee meetings

What do you need for this role - Competencies
  • Proven experience in an analytical, business-oriented role within a Supply Chain & Procurement Finance function
  • Degree qualified with at least 5 years PQE in professional accounting (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
  • Experience working in reputable FMCG MNCs
  • Ability to analyze data and generate clear financial insights
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint, especially in data manipulation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Effective business partnering skills to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Strong influencing and convincing skills, with the ability to see the bigger picture
  • Ability to work effectively in a multinational environment
  • A positive team player with a drive for improvement
