Job summary

Blink - The Employee App in London is seeking a nine-month fixed-term Controllership lead to oversee multi-entity accounting, group audits, and tax compliance across UK, US, and APAC entities. The role reports to the Finance Director and requires rapid ramp-up and hands-on execution in a fast-growing environment.

You will coordinate with external advisors, manage payroll across the group, and drive month-end processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting across four entities.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with international group experience.
• Group audits from prep to sign-off required.
• Experience across multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation.
• Exposure to US/UK statutory accounts and APAC is a bonus.
• Payroll oversight across US and UK regions.

Responsibilities

• Audit and statutory across four entities (Aus, NZ, US, UK).
• Group and APAC audit prep and delivery (FRS 102).
• R&D capitalization methodology aligned with audits.
• Inter-company loan and transfer pricing coordination.
• Payroll across the group and month-end sign-off.
• Covenant reporting and advisor coordination.
