Job summary

Coyne & Associates is assisting in appointing an Interim Finance Transformation Director for a global listed business. The role will shape and mobilise a CFO-sponsored transformation of the global Finance function, starting with diagnostic work and a future operating model, then moving rapidly to mobilisation and delivery across multiple countries.

The successful candidate will work with the CFO, ELT and Board, crafting a compelling business case with quantified benefits and an implementation

Qualifications

Leadership of large-scale Finance transformation within a listed or similarly complex international organisation.
Ability to work with Group CFO, ELT and Board at senior level.
Proven track record building Board-level transformation business cases with quantified benefits.
Experience designing Finance target operating models including processes, shared services and location strategy.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnostic and design phase: define the case for change and develop the future Finance operating model.
Create an AI/digital roadmap and robust business case for Executive and Board approval.
Mobilise delivery and move into early delivery; drive benefits realization across countries.
