Job summary

Michael Page Finance is looking for a Senior Credit & Collections Manager to lead and modernise the global credit function during a pivotal transformation. This 6-month interim role offers hybrid working with two days per week in London and immediate start for a high-impact finance professional.

You will oversee credit control and collections across multiple locations, driving process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting while partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver tangible

Qualifications

• Proven track record of improving collections performance and processes.
• Experience in large, international organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving abilities and process improvement exposure.
• Experience with shared services or outsourced/dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior oversight across Credit & Collections activity.
• Review current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support improvements across aged debt and cash collection performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Improve reporting, MI and visibility across the function.
• Identify opportunities to automate and increase efficiency.
• Guide and direct teams across multiple locations.
• Support broader finance transformation initiatives.
• Help shape the future Credit & Collections operation.
